La capacité à fédérer est un élément ESSENTIEL dans la réussite des projets participatifs d’énergie renouvelable.

- La communication, complémentarité avec la concertation, la co-construction, etc.
- Les messages principaux selon les enjeux et les cibles
- Quelles sont les publics et partenaires à mobiliser, informer, solliciter.
- Les outils à disposition en fonction de l’avancement du projet.
- Savoir établir un diagnostic de communication : Identifier ses ressources, ses limites / Comprendre et appréhender son environnement.
Après-midi : Etablir un plan de communication dans le cadre d’une collecte de fonds
- Qu’est-ce qu’une collecte de fonds local ? Droits et devoirs selon l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers
- Session pratique : réflexion collective sur la réalisation de plan de communication et la construction de messages en fonction des objectifs et des publics cibles autour de cas précis

L’ADEME et la Région Occitanie participent aux frais de formation du réseau ECLR. Une contribution des collectifs/participants reste nécessaire pour couvrir l’ensemble des frais. Les formations nécessitent en effet du temps de préparation par les animateurs et de rémunérer des intervenants.
Les tarifs n’incluent pas le repas. Nous mangerons à « l’auberge espagnole » (chacun amène quelque chose à partager)
